Alara Global Consulting Inc. is a boutique facilities management and workplace operations advisory firm founded by Yusef Gray, a seasoned global FM and Corporate Real Estate leader with more than 20 years of experience overseeing complex, multi-site portfolios across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
